Our development model is that we support clients with their own efforts ("extended workbench" model) or that we develop complete work packages and applications.

The collaboration with clients is essential and we have a set of powerful tools to support this. To work closely together we use

• FastViewer for 3-way web-conferencing with clients and a distributed team
• Skype
