Bugzilla Connector for Rational Team Concert

We started working on a Bugzilla connector using the connector API in the RTC server. It will support a two-way synchronization of Bugzilla and RTC, not just a one-time import (which is provided by RTC already). The target are companies using Bugzilla already and wanting to switch to RTC but can't do it in one step because the user base and the data in Bugzilla is too large.
