Daily Scrum

RTC supports the Daily Scrum in many ways. There are so many ways that you need to find out what fit's your style best.

Steve Speicher wrote http://www.ibm.com/developerworks/rational/library/09/effectiveuseofrtcf... about DS support, basically he mentions the My Work view and looking at the sprint backlog in the Planned Time mode.
An interesting note is that the plan shows the recently completed items last in the list.

Thomas Starz does the DS by phone, without desktop sharing, but having people look at the same plan. He uses a query for the recently modified items to see what should be talked about in the DS.
